Service- Monthly service are done 4 times a month. Bi- Weekly we service every two weeks. If any pets are out in we cant get a hold of you we will Only Service the front yard. In you will need to contact us to reschedule the back yard.
Monthly Service- we offer 4 different plans.You can always add on a different service. When signing up for service you must provide the following items to the tech. First & last name, address,phone number, email & payment method
Bi- Weekly Service- If a customer decide they want to skip 2 or more service. You will be charge an overgrown fee which starts at $50.00.
Payments-Our payments policy is that monthly customers are required to pay first month of service up front. In order to be serviced.
Bi-Weekly customers are required to pay for service at the time of service. We take Cash, Cash APP, Zelle, & major credit credits/debit through online system
Non Payment- We give each customer a total of 3 attempts to make a payment. You get your first reminder 5 days prior to due date. Second one 3 days past due & finial 5 days past due. If still no payment or communication with agreement with top quality lawn service& landscaping. The contract will be cancelled for non payment. We will email the notice or mail the notice.
Invoice - We have an customer portal where you will be able to see your invoice & make your payments. You are REQUIRED to provide an EMAIL to sign up.
IF A CUSTOMER IS OUTRAGE & UPSET IN STARTS GIVING THREATS & AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL SERVICE WITHOUT REFUND.
